Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
  
  Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
   

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
 

We package all liquids in leak-proof, heavy-duty insulated packaging. 

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Purple Lava Energy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
 

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:​

• Contact the shipping carrier first.

• Reach out to us if you need your tracking information or assistance communicating with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Purple Lava Energy is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
 

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will ship as soon as the product becomes available. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may ship together unless otherwise noted.


 

Regional & Age Restrictions

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or meet the recommended age guideline for high-caffeine products in your jurisdiction).
